  • Godwin Theatre Wing invites you to Urinetown, May 4-6! In a Gotham-like city, a terrible water shortage, caused by a 20-year drought, has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, regulated by a single malevolent company. A hero decides that he’s had enough and plans a revolution! Godwin students bring you this hilarious, award-winning musical in three shows: May 4 & 5 at 7:00 p.m. and May 6 at 2:00 p.m. Learn more and buy tickets at godwintheatre.org/urinetown.html.
  • Attendance Office: You can now email the Godwin attendance office at godwinattendance@henrico.k12.va.us for absences or tardies or with questions about your student’s attendance.  The attendance office still does not accept early dismissal requests over the phone or via email.
  • Henrico County Public Schools Dress Code:  As the weather gets warmer, please review the HCPS dress code with your child.  The issues that we see most at Godwin with dress code are students wearing hats and hoods, shorts and skirts that are not at thumb-length when hands are placed at the sides, clothing with inappropriate messaging, and clothing revealing the midriff.  If the dress code is not followed, there could be a need for your child to change clothing.  Thank you for your help with this.
